The Bentley-branded Residential Tower, located in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, is a 61-storey luxury condominium tower developed in collaboration with Dezer Development and Sieger Suarez Architects.
Set to be completed in 2027, the tower will be the tallest residential building on any American beachfront.
The tower features 216 luxury residences designed to offer a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience with floor-to-ceiling windows providing uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterways.

Each residence boasts an in-unit multi-car garage with a patented car elevator, known as the "Dezervator", which allows residents to travel directly to their homes from inside their cars.
The tower includes amenities such as a gym, spa, pet spa, whisky bar, resident-only restaurant, wellness centre, cinema, and an oversized private balcony, swimming pool, sauna, and outdoor shower. The design incorporates Bentley's signature diamond motif, reflecting the brand's luxury ethos.
