The White House has launched a news-style website to promote favourable coverage of United States President Donald Trump.
The White House Wire site will promote press releases, social media posts by high-level officials and positive news about the administration both internally and externally, with the site similar to the conservative Drudge Report site.
The White House press secretary, Karoline Leavitt also now follows her routine press briefings with exclusive pro-Trump ones for “Maga influencers”.

"It's a place for supporters of the president's agenda to get the real news all in one place in a shareable and readable format," said a White House official.
"The website will be a one-stop shop for news and is part of the Trump administration's effort to provide transparency and institute policies that put America first,"
Previous administrations have sent emails promoting favourable coverage of the president at the time, but this marks the first time an administration has built a dedicated website for positive, partisan coverage.
This comes as journalists with the Associated Press remain banned from the Oval Office, despite winning a recent court ruling that ordered the administration to re-admit them.
And Trump signed an executive order on Thursday slashing public subsidies to PBS and NPR.
