Ukraine has been hit by Russia's largest air attack of the entire war.
The attack saw the main government building in the capital of Kyiv hit, and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said at least four people were killed, including a baby.
The top floor of the government building was seen burning into the morning, and in other areas of the city, residential apartments were hit and damaged.
The attack was comprised of over 800 Shahed-type strike drones, 9 Iskander-K cruise missiles, and 4 Iskander-M ballistic missiles, according to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence.
Politicians and diplomats from across the world condemned the attacks, with Zelenskyy publicly thanking each of them for their support on social media.

Additionally, United States President Donald Trump said in response to Sunday's attack that he is looking at a second phase of sanctions against Russia, but has not elaborated on the specifics at this time.
The U.S. Envoy to Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, echoed the concern and need for further intervention, saying that “Russia appears to be escalating”.
"It is why President Trump is working to stop this war…the attack was not a signal that Russia wants to diplomatically end this war," Kellogg wrote on X.
