AI company Anthropic is planning to raise a fresh US$10 billion at a $350 billion valuation, according to the Wall Street Journal.
This follows the Claude maker raising a $13 billion Series F round at a $183 billion valuation in September.
The new fundraising would nearly double the AI firm's value.
Demand for AI has pushed spending in innovation up, pushing valuations of AI startups to record levels, despite concerns of the AI bubble bursting.
One of the biggest AI startups, OpenAI, is now valued at $500 billion.
Anthropic was founded by former OpenAI staff in 2021, and its Claude models have built a strong reputation among developers, particularly for coding tasks.
The startup aims to more than double its annual revenue run rate this year, helped by the rising adoption of its enterprise products.
Large companies, including Amazon, Microsoft and Nvidia, have also poured millions into Anthropic.
