Equipped with a manufacture movement, the BR-X5 Lum collection continues to write the history of the Lum saga, pushing the limits of creativity and innovation thanks in particular to the use of LM3D, a luminescent composite.
Bell & Ross has revolutionised luminescence by transforming it into a veritable aesthetic signature. Since 2017, the Lum collection has been exploring new horizons with innovative materials such as Super-LumiNova®. In 2023, the BR-X5 Green Lum pushed the limits of this technology even further with an entirely luminescent case, created using the exclusive composite LM3D. In 2024, a new version, the BR-X5 Blue Lum, will complete this offering, emitting a striking blue glow.
Bell & Ross has developed an innovative luminous material for the BR-X5 Lum: a composite combining epoxy quartz fibre, luminescent material and resin. This material ensures uniform luminosity and is exceptionally lightweight, being 70% lighter than steel. The BR-X5 Blue Lum offers a new colour option with its powerful emissions of blue light.
The BR-X5 Blue Lum, equipped with a COSC-certified manufacture movement, offers a power reserve of 70 hours. Cut from a block of grade 2 titanium with a DLC finish, the container which houses the mechanism is inserted between two shields in LM3D, a photoluminescent composite material. The movement and case come with a 5-year guarantee.

Matt black. Block applique indices in blue Super-LumiNova® filled with black lacquer. Skeletonised hour and minute hands coated in blue Super-LumiNova® (blue glow) and filled with black lacquer. Black flange with 60-minute scale and blue transfer.
