Mission & Objectives
Mission
Our vision is to create front seat freedom for all women. We're doing this by empowering women to travel and work on their own terms.
Business Objectives
To be the go-to rideshare choice for women riders and drivers in Australia and beyond - built on a solid and consistent reputation of safety, care and consideration, which helps women realise financial and social independence.
The market and business model have been proven and the company is now looking to capitalise on its growth opportunities. However, resources are still required to build out the team, put in place systems and processes, particularly in driver onboarding. A priority for resource allocation is for IT systems to streamline the driver onboarding process.
Industry
Summary
Shebah is unique. Competitors in the broader Australian rideshare market do not currently provide a women only service. Competitors would struggle to reposition into a female-focused service and face regulatory hurdles.
