There is a lot of interest in Australian world surfing champion Mick Fanning's Tugun house, which is up for auction in Queensland.
An indoor skate ramp is the centerpiece of Mick Fanning's beachside home, which has become one of Queensland's most sought-after properties.
PropTrack data shows this is the most viewed property listing in the Sunshine State at the moment.
According to PropTrack data, Fanning spent $3 million on the 2018-built house in 2021. Before that, it sold for $303,000 back in 2013.
Fanning and his partner, Breeana Randall, have two young children and own several properties in the area, according to The Courier-Mail.
Built on a single level, the Tugun house is the work of local entrepreneurs Luke and Bec Conforti. Located 400 metres from the beach and back on to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, it has a block fronting Currumbin Creek.
An air-conditioned room the size of a double garage hosts a plywood skate ramp.

Coastal agent Emisha Canning says the property is a “sleek yet soulful sanctuary”.
“Tucked away on a 1269sq m block, a wildlife wonderland with turtles, swans, and pelicans awaits, complemented by 51m of creek frontage,” the listing states.
“Enjoy this tranquil outlook everyday from an elevated alfresco deck, which seamlessly connects with an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area indoors.”
The house is set for auction on November 23.
