Australian actor Hugh Jackman has put his $57.7m (US$38.9m) New York City apartment on the market again, two years after trying to sell the triplex property.
Jackman bought the property for US$21m in 2008, where he lived with his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, according to Realtor.
The Wolverine star has since bought a new apartment in nearby Chelsea, following the breakdown of his marriage last year.
He previously tried to list the three-storey, five-bedroom condo for rent — seeking A$185,480 (US$125,000) per month.
Pritzker Prize winner Richard Meier designed the property, occupying the entire eighth, ninth, and tenth floors of the building, with views of the Hudson River.
There's an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom, and the master bedroom has a spa bath and sauna, an exercise area, and a dressing area. Each floor has a terrace connected by a spiral staircase.
On the ninth floor is a great room with a wall of windows and a view. Fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and dining room are also included.
The eighth floor has four bedrooms, a library, a recreation room, and a guest bedroom with a half bath.
As mortgage rates decline, more options are becoming available for buyers in New York City.
The average sale price for a condo ranges from $785,333 for a studio apartment to $10,899,279 for 4+ bedroom apartments, according to the Castle Avenue Team at R New York.
Meanwhile, the average price per square foot ranges from $1,380 for a studio to $2,933 for 4+ bedroom apartments.
