Hilton and YTL Hotels have announced an expansion agreement that will bring new hotels and resorts to both Thailand and Japan.
Multiple property agreements will see the expansion of LXR Hotels & Resorts to Thailand and the Tapestry Collection by Hilton to Japan.
The Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village will be a fresh addition to Hilton’s LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio, with the Rawai Phuket slated to by a 275-room luxury destination, set to open by the end of 2027.
The Japan properties will be conversions, expected to be added to Hilton's portfolio by the end of 2025.
