ING acknowledged the problem and assured customers that their teams were working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
“We are aware that some customers are currently experiencing issues accessing the ING app and website,” the bank's Facebook update said.
This outage is the latest in a series of technical issues ING Australia has faced over the past month, causing frustration among customers. The bank had previously experienced similar outages, with the most recent one occurring just two weeks prior.
ING has apologised for the inconvenience and provided updates via social media and their website.

“We are extremely sorry to any customers who have been impacted.”
As of the latest update, services are gradually returning to normal. Most customers should now be able to access the ING app and online banking.
However, some overseas customers may still experience issues.
Customers have been warned about potential scammers and advised to rely only on official communications for updates.
